3. FILL-UP APPLICATION
4. PAY Php3,000.00
5. ESTIMATED CONNECTION TIME OF WATER BASE – 3 to 4 days
6. REPORT TO VILLAGE ADMIN – Report when water base is connected so water will be tap.
