MOVE-IN PROCEDURE

1. Certificate of Inspection (CFI) – may get from these offices:

• Move-In Dept. @ LV2 Office – with prior request
• Imus Office
• Main Office

2. MOVE-IN @ LV2 – submit CFI to Move-in Officer incharge.

3. COUNSELLING – Move-in Officer will conduct counseling/briefing to the Buyer.

4. SITE – after counseling, Account Officer (AO) & buyer will inspect and punch list the inspection.

5. RE-INSPECTION DATE – after punch listing, AO will give re-inspection date for 2nd inspection.

6. AUTHORITY TO MOVE-IN (ATMI) – Upon acceptance of unit, get ATMI at the following Offices:

• Move-In Dept. @ LV2 Office
• Imus Office
• Main Office

7. KEY – get the key and move-in
