MERALCO Connection Procedure

1. Meralco Application Requirements

• Certificate of Inspection (CFI)
• 1 Valid ID of Buyer
• Contract to Sell (CTS)
• Title
• Electrical Permits
• Certificate of Occupancy (COO)
• Certificate of Homeownership (COH)
• Lot Plan
• Blue Print
• Proof of Billing of Profriends – Meralco
• Copy of SPA from Profriends – for OFW buyers only
• Authorization from Buyer – locally employed

2. CFI @ PROFRIENDS – Pick up at Imus Office. Upon pick up of the CFI:

• Request all Meralco documents
  • Contract to Sell (CTS)
  • Title
  • Electrical Permits
  • Certificate of Occupancy (COO)
  • Certificate of Homeownership (COH)
  • Lot Plan
  • Blue Print
  • Proof of Billing of Profriends – Meralco
  • Copy of SPA
• Docs maybe incomplete. May get only available docs.

3. MERALCO AGENCY – Proceed to MERALCO AGENCY @ LV2 Move In Office –  Bahay Kubo.

4. SUBMIT – Submit required documents.

5. EVALUATION – Meralco will evaluate and approve immediately if docs are okey.

6. PAY – When approve, pay application fee Php 3,250.00.

7. TIME – 45 days
